Si raccomanda pertanto di \nseguire con attenzione le indicazioni seguenti.\nA) PULIZIA \"DOPO-POSA\" IN CANTIERE\nIl lavaggio iniziale delle piastrelle nel “dopo-posa” in cantiere è una fase di fondamentale \nimportanza.\nÈ infatti in questo momento che è possibile rimuovere agevolmente dalle piastrelle tutti i \nresidui dei materiali usati per la posa e\u002Fo della stuccatura delle fughe della piastrella stessa. \nSi tratta di residui di varia natura che, se lasciati “asciugare e\u002Fo seccare” sulle piastrelle, \nsoprattutto in quelle caratterizzate da una superficie strutturata più o meno accentuata \npotrebbero diventare difficili da rimuovere successivamente. \nSi raccomanda sempre la massima attenzione alla scelta dell’agente pulente per non alterare \nirrimediabilmente il grado di lucentezza e brillantezza della piastrella posata.\nPulizia del pavimento stuccato con “Stucchi cementizi a base d'acqua”\nCome già accennato, con il lavaggio “dopo-posa” si rimuovono i residui di cemento, stucchi \ncementizi, salnitri, colle ed eventuali residui superficiali del materiale di varia natura. In \nquesta fase il pavimento deve essere lavato con detergenti a base di acidi tamponati entro \nalmeno 3-4 giorni dopo la posa e mai oltre i 10 giorni. NB: Per i prodotti caratterizzati \nda superfici strutturate e\u002Fo antiscivolo si raccomanda, viste le asperità della struttura, di \nsporcare il meno possibile la superficie della piastrella durante le fasi della posa e di pulire \nbene subito dopo la stuccatura gli eccessi di materiali utilizzati con una spugna bagnata in \nacqua pulita. PAGAMENTO:\na. I pagamenti devono essere effettuati direttamente a La Fabbrica S.p.A. nella sede di \nCastelbolognese (RA). La merce resta di proprietà di La Fabbrica S.p.A. sino al momento del \ncompleto pagamento del prezzo concordato.\nb. Nel caso di ritardo nel pagamento totale ed anche parziale di una fattura, La Fabbrica S.p.A. \nsalvi tutti gli altri suoi diritti, avrà facoltà di sospendere le ulteriori consegne, anche se queste \nfossero dovute in dipendenza di altri contratti, di spiccare tratte per l’ammontare delle \nfatture scadute, ed anche di pretendere l’immediato e intero pagamento di tutto il materiale \nordinato, o di averlo in altro modo garantito.\nc. In caso di ritardato pagamento verranno addebitati al Compratore interessi e oneri bancari \nai tassi correnti del periodo di mora. Per tutto quanto non previsto nelle clausole suindicate, \nsi rimanda alla legge italiana ed agli usi vigenti.\n6. RECLAMI:\na. Non si accettano reclami per i materiali già posati in opera. Reclami per vizi e difetti del \nmateriale devono essere denunciati e comunicati nei termini previsti dalla legge. In ogni \ncaso di accettazione del reclamo il Compratore dovrà restituire il materiale oggetto di \ncontestazione che verrà sostituito da La Fabbrica S.p.A. con fornitura equivalente. Tale \nsostituzione annulla il diritto del Compratore di chiedere la risoluzione del contratto o la \nriduzione del prezzo o il risarcimento di eventuali danni.\nb. Qualsiasi reclamo o contestazione non implica la sospensione ed il rifiuto al pagamento delle \nfatture. Il pagamento dovrà effettuarsi regolarmente ed integralmente nei termini convenuti.\nc. It is therefore advisable to mix the tiles by \ntaking them from different boxes, and separate them with a joint when laying.\nd. Decorations and special trims are supplied in a different shade from the base tiles.\ne. La Fabbrica S.p.A. shall be held responsible only for the smoothing and polishing processes \ncarried out in its own factories.\nf. The warranty covers only the replacement of material found to be faulty, before laying. No \nother claims will be taken into consideration.\n2. ORDERS:\na. Les paiements doivent être faits directement à l’adresse de La Fabbrica S.p.A., à \nCastelbolognese (RA). La marchandise reste la propriété de La Fabbrica S.p.A. jusqu’au \npaiement intégral du prix établi.\nb. En cas de retard dans le paiement de tout ou partie d’une facture, La Fabbrica S.p.A. aura la \nfaculté d’interrompre, sans préjudice de tous ses autres droits, les autres livraisons, même \ndes livraisons relatives à d’autres contrats, de tirer des traites pour le montant des factures \néchues, d’exiger le paiement immédiat et intégral de toute la marchandise commandée ou \nune autre forme de garantie.\nc. Toute réclamation ou contestation n’implique ni l’interruption ni le refus de paiement des \nfactures. Le paiement devra être régulier, intégral et conforme aux conditions établies.\nc. Aucun retour de marchandises ne sera accepté sans l’accord écrit de La Fabbrica S.p.A.\n7. TRIBUNAL COMPÉTENT :  \nTout litige sera du ressort du Tribunal de Reggio Emilia (Italie). ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN:\na. Die Zahlungen müssen direkt an La Fabbrica S.p.A. an den Firmensitz in Castelbolognese (RA) \nerfolgen. Die Waren bleiben Eigentum von La Fabbrica S.p.A., bis die vollständige Zahlung des \nvereinbarten Preises erfolgt ist.\nb. Sollte die Gesamt- oder Teilzahlung einer Rechnung verspätet erfolgen, ist La Fabbrica S.p.A., \nvorbehaltlich anderer Ansprüche, berechtigt, weitere Lieferungen einzustellen, auch wenn \ndiese sich auf andere Verträge beziehen, Wechsel auf den Betrag der fälligen Rechnungen \nauszustellen und auch die sofortige und gesamte Zahlung des gesamten bestellten Materials \nzu verlangen, oder eine anderweitige Garantie zu erhalten.\nc. Bei einer Zahlungsverzögerung werden dem Käufer Verzugszinsen und Bankgebühren zu den \naktuellen Tarifen in Rechnung gestellt. Für alles, was in den obigen Klauseln nicht vorgesehen \nist, wird auf das Italienische Recht und üblichen Gepflogenheiten verwiesen.\n6. REKLAMATIONEN:\na. Es werden keine Reklamationen für bereits verlegte Fliesen akzeptiert. Reklamationen für \nMaterialmängel und –fehler müssen im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen mitgeteilt \nwerden. Wird eine Reklamation genehmigt, muss der Käufer das Material, das Gegenstand der \nBeanstandung ist, zurücksenden. Dieses wird von La Fabbrica S.p.A.  durch eine entsprechende \ngleichwertige Lieferung ersetzt. Der Ersatz des Materials macht das Recht des Käufers auf eine \nAuflösung des Vertrags oder eine Preisermäßigung, bzw. einen Schadensersatz unwirksam.\nb. Keine Reklamation oder Beanstandung rechtfertigt eine Zahlungseinstellung oder eine \nVerweigerung, die Rechnungen zu zahlen. Die Zahlung hat ordnungsgemäß und vollständig zu \nden vereinbarten Bedingungen zu erfolgen.\nc. Warenrückgaben werden nicht akzeptiert, wenn diese nicht vorher schriftlich von La Fabbrica \nS.p.A. genehmigt wurden.\n7. GERICHTSSTAND: \nGerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten ist Reggio Emilia (Italien).
