Dopo di lui, il figlio Gian-\nfranco, influenzato dallo spirito artistico della sua famiglia e seguendo le \norme del padre, fonda l’azienda di famiglia diventando a sua volta uno \nstimato ebanista.\nMa Gianfranco ha un’altra grande passione: la musica classica, così \ndecide di unire la grande maestria nella lavorazione del legno con la \nsua personalissima passione per la musica organistica suonata preva-\nlentemente nelle chiese, costruendo da sé all’interno dell’azienda, un \nprezioso organo tuttora presente nella dimora della famiglia Vangelista, \ne facendo realizzare la parte fonica da mastri organari del Trentino Alto \nAdige. Lo strumento musicale è il migliore dei mobili perché deve essere \nbello, strutturalmente fatto bene, ma deve anche suonare. Deve essere \ncostruito con le parti migliori del legno.\nLa bravura del padre e l’ottima riuscita dello strumento costituirono per \nil figlio Riccardo, nipote di Guido, una forte motivazione alla creazione \ndi una limitata collezione di mobili di importante valore storico-artistico \neseguiti con le stesse tecniche di 3 secoli fa: “GLI STORICI”.\nGuido, Gianfranco, Riccardo: tre generazioni unite dallo stesso comune \ndenominatore: il legno,  sostanza “viva” e materia prima del mobile e di \nmolti strumenti musicali. Un 100% Handmade in Italy.\nDa sempre il mobile Ebanart  è costruito secondo i più classici e tipici \ncriteri di fabbricazione del mobile d’arte: in predominanza ciliegio, noce \ned altre essenze, per la struttura esterna; frassino, faggio, acacia o tiglio, \nper quella interna; listellare e monostrato per le altri parti. Tutti legni che \nrispondono ai più alti requisiti di qualità e di sicurezza, così come gli altri \nprodotti utilizzati per fabbricare il mobile come colla e vernici.\nI principali componenti del mobile (top, ante, fianchi, schienali) sono \nfatti a “telaio” su quasi tutta la modellistica e fissati con spine e chiodi \ndi legno; i cassetti sono fatti con incastri a “coda di rondine” e, dove \nnon sia possibile, solo ad incastri; i reggipiani interni sono realizzati con \nscalette in legno per i piani di legno e mensoline d’ottone per quelli in \nvetro. Tutti pezzi che poi vengono attentamente assemblati dai nostri \nmastri falegnami di notevole esperienza.\nAltro fiore all’occhiello dell’azienda la vasta gamma di sedie e poltrone: \nbelle da vedere ed eccezionalmente ergonomiche; sopraffina la qualità \ndel ciliegio o noce massello utilizzato; imbottitura fatta a molle.\nCaratteristica unica di tutti i mobili Ebanart sono gli intagli rigorosamente \nrifiniti a mano e gli intarsi eseguiti sempre su disegni esclusivi dell’azien-\nda. Il miglior esempio è rappresentato dallo storico Lombardo, il quale \npuò essere realizzato con personalizzazioni finemente lastronate come \nsiti, paesaggi o ritratti di persone.\nL’esperienza e la cura nei dettagli della ditta Ebanart è ben visibile an-\nche nell’importante fase di finitura e lucidatura dei mobili: prima il mobile \nviene invecchiato, poi si passa alle varie fasi di carteggio per preparare \nin modo ottimale la superficie da trattare; maniglie, bocchette e chiavi \nvengono applicate durante queste fasi in modo da renderle omogenee \ned in sintonia col prodotto finito.\nTinte e patine utilizzate sono all’acqua i cui componenti sono terre e \npigmenti di alta qualità e la vernice di fondo è alla gommalacca che \ndona al mobile la sua particolare brillantezza. \nLa finitura standard utilizzata è eseguita con un leggero rovinio e riga-\ntura delle tavole per dare quel sapore di “vissuto” al mobile, ma la ditta \nEbanart può, su campione fornito dal cliente, avvicinarsi alla finitura de-\nsiderata; inoltre è possibile, su richiesta, effettuare delle ebanizzazioni \n(parti nere) e\u002Fo dorature su alcuni punti del mobile. \nDopo la vernice di finitura, la superficie viene tamponata e tirata a mano: \nci vogliono 17 fasi più molte altre cosiddette “mani” per rendere il mobile \nunico e perfetto.\nInfine viene trattato con cere d’api ad alto rendimento per rendere il \nmobile sempre eccezionalmente trasparente e morbido al tocco e alla \nvista.\nTutti gli articoli Ebanart sono prodotti e controllati a mano, a livello arti-\ngianale e talvolta, anche se raramente, possono presentare degli aloni, \ndei segni tipici della lavorazione manuale o anche piccole differenze di \ntonalità rispetto ai campionari. Tutte queste caratteristiche non devono \nessere considerate dei difetti ma pregi tipici del mobile d’arte lavorato \na mano, così come quei lievi restringimenti di ante o fianchi dovuti ad \nassestamenti del legno durante gli anni. Звукоакустическую часть работы выполнили  органные мастера из \nрегиона Trentino Alto Adige. Вся древесина отвечает \nсамым высоким стандартам качества и безопасности, также как и другие \nматериалы, используемые при производстве мебели, такие как клей, лаки, \nкраски и т.д. \nОсновные компоненты мебели (столешницы, дверки, боковины, задние \nпанели), выполнены на основе рамы почти на всех моделях и фиксируются \nпосредством деревянных гвоздиков; у кассетниц шпунтовое соединение \n“ласточкин хвост”, в других случаях используется обычное соединение. \nВнутренние держатели для полок выполнены в виде деревянных “лесенок” - \nдля деревянных полок и из латуни - для полок из стекла. Все части мебели \nаккуратно монтируются вручную нашими опытными плотниками. \nЕщё одна гордость фабрики - это широкий выбор стульев и кресел: приятные \nна вид и исключительно эргономичные, они производятся из массива вишни \nили ореха самого высокого качества, внутри пружинная набивка.\nУникальной особенностью всей мебели Ebanart является резьба, выполняемая \nстрого вручную и инкрустация, осуществляемая исключительно по рисункам \nи дизайну фабрики. Лучшим примером является комод из коллекции Gli storici \n- Lombardo, на котором при помощи шпона может быть реализован любой \nрисунок, например, пейзаж или портрет.\nОпыт и особое внимание к деталям, проявляемое фабрикой Ebanart, также \nхорошо заметны и на важном этапе отделки и лакового покрытия мебели: \nв первую очередь мебель подвергается процессу старения и впоследствии \nпроходит несколько этапов шлифовки для оптимальной подготовки \nповерхности к покрытию; ручки, замочные отверстия и ключи периодически \nмонтируются на различных фазах производства для достижения полного \nсоответствия между элементами.\nИспользуемые краски и патина на водоэмульсионной основе производятся \nиз ценных компонентов и пигментов высокого качества, а лакокрасочное \nпокрытие - gommalacca придаёт мебели уникальный блеск.\nСтандартная отделка выполняется с некоторыми лёгкими повреждениями и \n«жучками», чтобы придать мебели эффект старения. По индивидуальному \nзапросу Ebanart может произвести желаемую отделку по образцу, \nпредоставленному заказчиком, также дополнительно можно нанести чернение \nили позолоту на некоторые части мебели. После окончания лакировочной \nотделки поверхность тампонируется и выравнивается вручную: требуется от \n14 до 16 стадий для получения уникального и совершенного покрытия.\nНа последних этапах мебель обрабатывается пчелиным воском для придания \nей мягкости на ощупь и исключительной прозрачности.\nВсе элементы производятся и проверяются вручную, ремесленным способом \nи, иногда, хотя и очень редко, элементы могу иметь ореолы, типичные \nпризнаки ручной работы, а также незначительно отличаться по цвету от \nобразцов. Все эти особенности не следует считать дефектами, а, наоборот, \nхарактерными признаками мебели ручной работы, так же как и лёгкие \nсужения дверей или боковин в связи с естественными изменениями дерева по \nпрошествии определенного количества лет. Наша фабрика - одна из немногих \nпроизводителей мебели, которые обрабатывают дерево начиная со ствола \nдерева вплоть до нанесения воска и упаковки. It must be \nbuilt with the best parts of the wood. \nHis father’s skill and the success of the organ motivated Riccardo, son \nof Gianfranco and grandson of Guido, to create a limited collection of \nfurniture of important historic-artistic value, built with the same techniques \nused 3 centuries ago: “GLI STORICI”.\nGuido, Gianfranco, Riccardo, three generations linked by the same \ncommon denominator: wood, the “living” substance and raw material \nused in the construction of furniture and many musical instruments. \n100% Handmade in Italy.\nSince the beginning, Ebanart furniture has been created following classic \nand typical criteria for producing craft furniture: prevalently cherry, walnut \nand other essences for the outer structure; ash, beech, acacia or linden \nfor the interiors; blockwood and single ply for the other parts. All woods \nthat comply with the highest quality and safety requirements, as do all \nthe other products used to produce the furniture, such as glue and paint. \nIn almost all models, the main components of the piece of furniture (top, \ndoors, sides and back) are produced to form a “frame” and fastened \ntogether with wooden pins and nails; the drawers have dovetail joints and, \nwhere this is not possible, simple joints; the inner shelf supports used are \nstepped wood supports for wooden shelves and brass supports for glass \nshelves. All parts are then carefully assembled by our expert carpenters. \nAnother feather in the company’s cap is its vast range of chairs and \narmchairs: pleasing to the eye and with exceptional ergonomics; the use \nof top quality solid cherry or walnut; sprung upholstery. \nEach piece of Ebanart furniture is made unique by intaglio, strictly hand-\nfinished, and inlay, always created according to the company’s exclusive \ndesigns. The best example is represented by the historic Lombardo \ncollection, which can be produced with finely veneered custom designs, \nsuch as sites, landscapes or portraits. \nEbanart’s experience and attention to detail is also clearly visible in the \nimportant finishing and polishing phases of the furniture: the piece is \nfirst aged and then subjected to various sanding processes for optimum \npreparation of the surface to be treated; handles, escutcheons and keys \nare applied during this phase so that they are homogeneous and in \nharmony with the end product. \nWater-based dyes and coatings are used, with high quality earths and \npigments as components and the primer is shellac based to give the \nfurniture its particular lustre. \nThe standard finish used is implemented with light distressing and scoring \nof the wood to give it that “used” look.
