An iconic stool that works on an ergonomic level
and aesthetic. How we sit has a major effect on our
lives. Doctor Jordi Badia and industrial designer Otto
Canalda created a stool that would follow medical
principles, be appropriate for any seated activity,
and stay stylish. The Binaria was developed to sit
within laboratories, clinics, salons and offices. It has
a rational design with an unobtrusive and dynamic
style. The back automatically sits on its natural
curves, reducing load, while the small and wide seat
promotes hip articulation and optimal comfort,
stability, and positioning for the core. Now, the chair
comes in an updated colour palette, including
bottle green. Improving the ergonomics of various
professions. Its polyurethane and steel composition
and patented seat shape allow for height adjustment
to maintain mobility for all.
