With a luminaire ef ciency of up to 135 lm/W,
combined with a colour rendering of Ra > 90,
PANOS inf nity and PANOS evolution have
again set new standards for the market.
“BEST-IN-CLASS” LED Technology
With Ra levels exceeding 90, PANOS inf nity
ranks f rst among LED downlights in terms
of quality. The red/white multichannel tech-
nology ensures an intelligent interplay of high-
ly ef cient white and red LEDs, and therefore
an excellent luminaire ef ciency and colour
rendering over the entire service life with an
initial colour location tolerance of MacAdam 2.
The low reduction in luminous f ux of only 5 %
(L95) over the service life of 50,000 hours
underscores the high quality of PANOS inf nity.
PANOS evolution includes numerous product
features of PANOS inf nity, combining them
with ef cient and, at the same time, high-
power single-channel phosphor LED modules
as well as a colour rendering index of Ra > 80.
High-quality ref ector technology and
future-proof module system
By providing precision formed ref ectors
made of high-quality polycarbonate, Zumtobel
ensures optimum light distribution. Depend-
ing on the model, these are ref ned using
various technologies – such as the sputtering
of the ref ectors in specular silver f nish. This
razor-thin aluminium surface, applied using a
vacuum process, provides for extremely high
ef ciency levels and high visual comfort at the
same time through the darklight ef ect. The re-
f ectors are iridescence-free and always shine,
even with only simple cleaning. The modular
design of the mounting ring, LED module,
ref ector and control gear ensures the future
of the PANOS inf nity and PANOS evolution
downlights.
