Casa La Roca is an architectural work created by
our designer Ramón Esteve. This 1035-sqm house
is located half an hour from Barcelona and is fully
set into the landscape, as the project is born out
of the utmost respect for the environment that
surrounds it.
The house is divided into several floors, but it is
on the top floor where the main outdoor terrace is
located together with our new aluminium furniture.
This is the new collection entitled The Factory
designed by the architect Ramón Esteve himself.
As part of this residential project, our new collection
of aluminium furniture is the element that provides
a touch of colour as far as outdoor furniture is
concerned, and therefore stands out amongst all
the elements in the area.
The design furniture that can be found in Casa
La Roca is made up of several pieces from the
collection: the modular sofa, the centre table, the
armchair, the lounger with the table, as well as the
The Factory lamps.
These lamps fit in perfectly with the rest of
the outdoor lighting. It creates an enveloping
atmosphere of calm and tranquillity.

of the house are lucky enough to spend hours
contemplating the landscape where this large
house sits.
To sum up, Casa La Roca boasts splendid outdoor
spaces that house Vondom’s new aluminium
furniture, which not only provides character
and an industrial touch, but also an elegant and
sophisticated aesthetic.

Collections: The Factory
En este proyecto residencial, nuestra nueva
colección de muebles de aluminio es el elemento
que aporta un toque de color, en lo que se refiere al
mobiliario exterior, y por tanto destaca entre todos
los elementos de la zona.
El mobiliario de diseño que se encuentra en Casa La
Roca lo conforman varios muebles de la colección:
el sofá modular, la mesa de centro, la butaca, la
tumbona junto con la mesa; al igual que las lámparas
The Factory.
Estas luminarias se combinan perfectamente con el
resto de la iluminación exterior. Por lo que, se crea
una atmosfera envolvente de calma y tranquilidad.
Desde el sofá modular The Factory, los propietarios
de la casa tienen la fortuna de contemplar durante
largas horas el paisaje en el que se integra esta gran
vivienda.
En resumen, Casa La Roca goza de espléndidos
espacios exteriores que alberga el nuevo mobiliario
de aluminio producido por Vondom, el cual le aporta
carácter y un aire industrial, pero al mismo tiempo
una estética fina y sofisticada.

Casa La Roca es una obra arquitectónica creada por
nuestro diseñador Ramón Esteve. Esta vivienda de
1035 m2 se encuentra a media hora de Barcelona
y está totalmente integrada en el paisaje, ya que el
proyecto nace del respeto máximo al entorno donde
se ubica.
La vivienda está dividida en varias plantas, pero
es en la superior donde se encuentra la principal
terraza exterior, en la cual se ha dispuesto nuestro
nuevo mobiliario de aluminio. Es decir, la nueva
colección The Factory diseñada por el propio
arquitecto, Ramón Esteve.
