VIVE is born from the love for wood and the passion for handling it with the utmost respect.
In 1980, three cabinetmakers created the company by combining their artisan know-how with new
manufacturing technologies. The aim was to create high quality furniture capable of updating the
woodworking tradition of the Spanish Levante area. Initially focused on furniture for young people,
Muebles Verge gradually began to specialise in household furniture, until it became VIVE in 2005.

VIVE naît de l’amour du bois et de la passion de le travailler avec le plus grand respect.
En 1980, trois ébénistes créent l’entreprise en alliant savoir-faire artisanal et nouvelles technologies
de fabrication. L’objectif était de créer des meubles de haute qualité capables de revisiter la tradition
du bois de la région de Levante. Initialement axée sur le mobilier pour jeunes, Muebles Verge s’est
progressivement spécialisée dans le mobilier pour la maison, jusqu’à devenir VIVE en 2005.
En 1980 tres ebanistas crean la empresa combinando el know how artesanal con las nuevas tecnologías de fabricación.
El objetivo era crear muebles de alta calidad capaces de actualizar la tradición maderera de la zona de Levante.
Inicialmente orientada a mueble juvenil, poco a poco Muebles Verge se fue especializando en mobiliario para el hogar,
hasta convertirse en VIVE en 2005.
