Aircraft trolleys were the source of inspiration for Christoph Ingenhoven when designing Caddy, a piece of mobile storage furniture offering the following benefits: It’s flexible, robust, practical and durable. Its discreet appearance reveals countless options when it comes to internal design. The basic configurations, Standard, Media and Catering, cover a whole range of needs, making Caddy a flexible piece of storage furniture that takes up very little space. It also has electrical connection points meaning that it can be used as a mobile stand-up workstation, for conferences and presentations requiring beamers, or customised for specific catering needs.
Innovative down to the last detail
Caddy has a number of functional details including a clever magnetic door mechanism, a utensil drawer made of integral foam, an extendable coat hook, or flexible sheet steel dividers to subdivide the drawers, which have a soft closing action.
Varied interior
A whole list of options is available in order to ensure that Caddy’s interior meets a whole range of needs. These include shelves, drawers of various depths as well as a number of inserts and electrification and cable management options. Caddy can easily be modified at a later stage.
Multitude of uses
Caddy offers storage space to cover daily office needs, can serve as a mobile laptop workstation thanks to its electrical connection options, which also mean that a data projector, coffee machine or other similar item of electrical equipment can be used.
