L’intero processo è gestito internamente ed inizia dalla prototipazione,
per continuare con la produzione, il cablaggio e il controllo qualità di
ogni pezzo per verificarne il corretto funzionamento. Questo reparto ha
un ruolo importantissimo perché consente all’azienda di avere grande
autonomia e flessibilità nella sperimentazione ma soprattutto nella
realizzazione dei molti progetti custom realizzati per committenze
internazionali.
The entire process is managed in-house and begins with prototyping,
continuing with production, wiring and quality control of each part
to check its correct functioning. This department plays a very impor-
tant role because it allows the company to have great autonomy and
flexibility in the experimentation but above all in the production of the
many custom projects developed for international clients.

Tutte le lavorazioni sui pezzi di vetro soffiato sono oggetto di una cura
rigorosa: foratura, lucidatura, rifinitura vengono effettuate da una
manifattura artigianale attenta, che si avvale anche di tecnologie
adattate e messe a punto sulle nuove esigenze del vetro, come i robot
per il taglio water-jet.
Our artisans rigorously take care of the processing of blown glass:
drilling, polishing and finishing are carried out by careful manufacturing
expert, who can also count on technologies that are specifically
designed for this purpose, as the robots for the water-jet cut.
