A bridge between the Far East and the West,
an ancient road which links worlds that are
apparently distant, but today increasingly
closer.
A path taken by great peoples, a journey full
of pitfalls and dangers, which however did not
stop the hunger for knowledge and the spirit of
exploration.
The Silk Road is a visionary endeavour
whose goal was the desire to expand trade
towards new borders.
But what happened was far greater: ideas
and creativity expanded and merged to
create exciting and inspiring cultural blends.
Knowledge was transmitted among the
different caravans of travellers, each of them
carrying their own cultural and personal
baggage.
Skills and craftsmanship reached people far
from their place of origin, enriching themselves
at every border crossed.
In an environment that promotes travel and
sharing, Dry home bar evokes distant
atmospheres. Like an explorer, it stands in a
place suspended among memories of the East
and visions from the West.
Un ponte tra estremo oriente e occidente,
un’antica via che unisce mondi apparentemente
lontani ma oggi sempre più vicini.
Un percorso battuto da grandi popoli, un
viaggio tra insidie e pericoli, che non fermarono
però la fame di sapere e lo spirito di
esplorazione. La Via della Seta è un’impresa
visionaria il cui obbiettivo fu la volontà di
ampliare il commercio verso nuovi confini.
Ma ciò che accadde fu molto di più: idee
e creatività si espansero e si fusero creando
eccitanti e stimolanti miscele culturali.
La trasmissione di saperi si fece strada tra
le diverse carovane di viaggiatori, ognuno
carico del proprio bagaglio culturale e
personale.
Abilità e maestrie trovarono una via per
essere trasmesse e coltivate in luoghi lontani
dalle proprie radici, arricchendosi ad ogni
confine attraversato.
In un ambiente che è un omaggio al viaggio
e alla condivisione, il mobile bar Dry è
portavoce di atmosfere lontane.
Come un esploratore, si posiziona in un
luogo sospeso dove memorie d’oriente si
amalgamano a presenze d’occidente.
