La struttura in frassino di
Eclipse, assoluta protagonista
della collezione, si sviluppa
in altezza ed è leggibile su
due livelli: il primo sostiene
la seduta mentre il secondo
livello regge lo schienale.
La seduta è leggermente
spostata rispetto all’anello
strutturale principale così
da creare un effetto a sbalzo
come se il sedile fosse in
equilibrio, lasciando spazio
a un vuoto che trasmette
leggerezza e consente
di scoprire meglio i dettagli
della lavorazione del legno.

The ash frame is the key player
in the Eclips seating line.
Its tall frame expresses its
beauty on two levels: the first
supports the seat, while the
second level supports the back.
The chair is slightly offset from
the main structural ring so
as to create a cambered effect,
as if the seat was being held
in balance. It opens to an empty
space which communicates
weightlessness and better
reveals the details and the
workmanship of the wood.
