AN HOMAGE TO THE SIXTIES Built in the early
sixties, Villa Galaxie stands as a pioneering architectural
marvel – the sleek contours of California modernism
serving as the perfect backdrop to the VERPAN collection.
The house is anchored on the rocks of the Esterel Massif,
with the big blue and the bay of Cannes on the horizon,
showcasing some of Verner Panton’s most emblematic
creations, from the tactile beauty of the Fun Series and
the curves of the Cloverleaf to the futuristic shapes of the
Wire lamps and the ingenious form of System 1-2-3.
This year, VERPAN relaunches the Easy Series, a sofa,
pouf, and chair originally created in 1964. With a playful
design and an unmistakable round form, the dimensions
have been adjusted for optimal comfort, making it just
as enjoyable today. Another update comes in the form
of the Moon pendant, designed in 1960, now available
as Moon Opal pendant, a transparent material that
enhances the design’s fascinating expression of light.
