Bonjour !
Je suis Elena, j’ai presque quarante ans et je vis
avec Giacomo qui a trois ans de moins que moi.
Je travaille à temps partiel dans une herboristerie
et lui est personal trainer. Nous sommes deux
hygiénistes, très attentif à la forme physique et
depuis quelques années nous avons adopté le style
végétalien. En plus de ce que nous produisons
sur notre jardin vertical, et nous commandons
uniquement des fruits et des légumes provenant
de l’agriculture locale sur le site “L’Alveare che
dice si!”. La cuisine est l’endroit où nous passons
le plus de temps, elle est spacieuse et lumineuse
et je peux aisément évoluer d’une part à l’autre.
Nous invitons souvent des amis pour un apéritif
ou un dîner et le grand îlot central est parfait pour
préparer et savourer notre mojito spécial sans
alcool à base de citrons non traités et de menthe
fraîche, avant de passer à table.

I’m Elena. I’m almost forty, and I live with
Giacomo, who is three years younger than me.

exploring the world of vegan food.
In addition to what we produce on our vertical
garden, we order all our locally-grown fruit and

web site. We spend most of the day in the kitchen.
It’s bright and spacious, so it’s no problem to
move around. We often invite friends over for
a drink or perhaps for dinner, and the spacious
central island in the kitchen is the perfect place
to prepare and enjoy our special non-alcoholic
mojito, made using untreated lemons and fresh
mint. The perfect apèritif !
