18:30 - Rientrando a casa faccio un salto al supermercato: mi mancano
alcuni ingredienti per preparare una crostata, che vorrei portare domani
in ufficio per sciogliere un po’ di tensione e fare colpo su una nuova collega.
Già che ci sono lascio le camicie da stirare in pulitura; ho dei limiti anch’io!
18:54 - Arrivo a casa e mi cambio, ma prima di rilassarmi sul divano un
ultimo sforzo: impasto la frolla e cucino un’enorme omelette perché oggi
ho saltato il pranzo!
21:20 – Finalmente la crostata è nel forno; punto il timer e anche la sveglia
sul cellulare perché temo di addormentarmi e bruciarla.
Ragazzi che giornata!

La cucina è anche sinonimo di passione.
Passione per cucinare, ovviamente, ma non soltanto!
Laboratorio domestico per eccellenza, la cucina è l’ambiente
ideale in cui dare spazio alla propria creatività: dal recupero
di oggetti vintage alla coltivazione dei bonsai; dalla raccolta
di ricette e ricordi di viaggio all’alta pasticceria, chiunque può
trovare in una cucina accogliente e ben organizzata la giusta
dimensione per le proprie passioni.
18h30 – En rentrant chez moi, je fais un saut au supermarché : il me manque
quelques ingrédients pour faire un gâteau que je voudrais apporter demain au
bureau pour dissiper le stress et impressionner une nouvelle collègue. Pendant
que j’y suis, je vais laisser mes chemises au pressing ; moi aussi j’ai mes limites !
18h54 – J’arrive chez moi et je me change, mais avant de me jeter sur le
divan, un dernier effort : je prépare la pâte sablée et une énorme omelette car
aujourd’hui j’ai dû sauter le déjeuner !
21h20 – Enfin le gâteau est dans le four ; je règle le minuteur et le réveil sur
mon portable car je crains de m’endormir et d’oublier le gâteau dans le four.
Quelle journée les gars !
La cuisine est également synonyme de passion.

18:30 – On the way home I pop into the supermarket: I need to pick up a
few ingredients so that I can bake a fruit tart that I can take into the office
tomorrow, partly to help calm everybody down after today’s emergency,
but mainly to impress a new colleague. While I’m at it, can I drop off my
shirts at the cleaners for ironing – I have my limits!
18:54 – I reach home and get changed, but before relaxing on the settee
one last chore: I need to mix the pastry for the tart and then cook myself
an enormous omelette – after all, I skipped lunch!
21:20 – Finally, the tart is on the oven: I set the timer and also the alarm on
my phone, because I can’t risk falling asleep and burning the tart. What
a day!
The kitchen is also synonymous with passion.
A passion for cooking, obviously, but that’s not all!
