An artisanal surface to enhance the elegant
ranges of the italian architectural tradition.

Il “fatto a mano” (handmade), sin dall’antichità, consiste nella la-
vorazione, artigianale ed artistica, di diversi materiali uniti alle ar-
gille. Gli artisti e gli artigiani attraverso queste tecniche, donano
all’oggetto lavorato la forma con il semplice tocco delle dita e la
pressione delle mani. Movimenti che creano un prodotto semplice,
ma esclusivo, dove ogni pezzo risulta diverso dall’altro. Da questa
filosofia nascono “Le Crete”. Linea da pavimento e da rivestimen-
to in porcellanato smaltato (nel colore bianco) e a massa colorata
(nel colore nero e grigio). Grazie ad un’accurata selezione di mate-
rie prime e particolari tecnologie (come la pressatura a freddo del
prodotto), si ottengono piastrelle aventi una superficie dall’effetto
“fatto a mano”: profondo, irregolare, ma sempre ben calibrato, che
rende il prodotto di una eleganza artigianale estrema. Ricercatezza
anche nei formati, mai scontati e “alternativi”: quali (17,5x20) Esa-
goni; Ottagoni (20x20 con relativi tozzetti) e Quadri (“plain” 20x20).
Tozzetti “plain” e Tozzetti decorati da alternare per ottenere un ef-
fetto di profondità e di mix di stili unici.

Handcraft, or “handmade” as in past, when artisans and artists
worked with these types of materials together with clay, using their
bare hands .This technique gives the object its form with the simple
touch of the fingers and the pressure of the hands. Movements
and structures depending of the skills of these artists, producing a
unique and exclusive product. Each tile is different from the others.
From this philosophy comes out our line “LE CRETE”. A collection
suitable for floors sand walls. Tiles made by glazed porcelain (in
white) and with coloured body (in the other colours). Thanks to
the use of special materials, result of an accurate selection of raw
materials and special technologies,these tiles are obtained with a
surface apparently handmade, irregular, but ever calibrated, giving
the product a touch of extreme artisanal elegance. Size available:
(17,5x20 - 6,88”x7,87”) Hexagon; Octagon + plain tozzettos and de-
corated tozzettos (20x20 - 7,87”x7,87” ) and Square (“plain” tiles in
size 20x20 - 7,87”x7,87”).
