Passeggiare lungo le mura antiche del
Palazzo di Micene e accorgersi che in quest’architettura ancestra-
le le forme naturali delle pietre si incastrano apparentemente in
modo spontaneo, senza che la mano dell’uomo le abbia modella-
te. È un abbraccio quello che dà struttura e forza, non la volontà
geometrica del progettista.

the Palace of Mycenae and realizing that in the age-old architec-
ture the natural shapes of the stones seem to fit together spon-
taneously, with no shaping by human hands. An embrace is behind
the structure and strength, rather than the geometric wishes of
the designer.
