Samtweich, sinnlich, spiegelglatt – das hochwertige Oberflächen-
material ThonetDur® bietet nicht nur optimalen Schutz für lang-
lebige Holzmöbel von Thonet, sondern macht sie auch zum
haptischen Erlebnis. Auch optisch entsteht aufgrund des seiden-
matten Looks der Eindruck einer geschmeidigen Oberfläche.
Der 1,2 mm dicke Schichtstoff ist, anders als bei diesem Material
üblich, durchgefärbt. ThonetDur® gibt es in den Ausführungen
Cool White, White und Deep Black. Die Kante der Holzoberfläche
ist sowohl mit dem Schichtstoff als auch in Nussbaum oder Eiche
geölt erhältlich.
Velvety, sensual, smooth as glass – the high-quality surface material
ThonetDur® not only offers perfect protection for durable Thonet
wooden furniture but also makes them a haptic experience. Due
to the silky matt look, the visual impression of a smooth surface is
created. The 1.2 mm thick laminate – as opposed to the regular
processing of this material – is dyed throughout. ThonetDur® is
available in the versions Cool White, White and Deep Black. The
edge of the wooden surface is available with the laminate or in
oiled walnut or oak.

Polypropylen
Dieses Material gehört zu den chemisch schwer angreifbaren
Kunststoffen. Die Lichtechtheit beträgt 7 – 8. Das Material ist
resistent gegen UV-Abbau. Polypropylen ist uneingeschränkt
recyclingfähig und kann problemlos thermisch verwertet werden.
This is a synthetic material with a high resistance to chemicals. Its
light-fastness is 7 – 8 Polypropylene can be completely recycled
and easily disposed of thermally.

Schichtstoff
HPL-Schichtstoff ist ein duroplastisches Produkt und besteht aus
mehreren Papierbahnen, die mit Harz imprägniert sind und unter
Hitze und hohem Druck zu einer homogenen Platte verpresst wer-
den. Melaminharz getränktes Dekorpapier und ein transparentes
Overlay ergeben eine stoß-, kratz- und abriebfeste Oberfläche.
Weitere Eigenschaften sind Hitze- und Lichtbeständigkeit, Desinfi-
zierbarkeit und Beständigkeit gegen Chemikalien. Schichtstoffe
sind leicht zu pflegen. Die Platten aus Vollkernschichtstoff haben
eine sichtbare schwarze Kante. Auf Anfrage verarbeiten wir
zudem den Schichtstoff Fenix.
Die gezeigten Schichtstoffe bilden nur eine Auswahl der Kollektion
ab. Es stehen 140 Uni-Dekore sowie 40 Holzreproduktionen zur
Verfügung.
HPL laminate is a duroplastic product consisting of several paper
webs that are impregnated with resin and compressed at high
temperature and pressure into a homogenous board. Paper impreg-
nated with melamine resin and a transparent overlay produce an
impact-, scratch- and abrasion-proof surface. Further properties in-
clude resistance to heat and light, disinfectability and resistance to
chemicals. Laminates areeasy care. Boards made of solid laminate
have a visible black edge. Upon request, we also process Fenix
laminate.
The shown laminates only represent a selection of the collection.
