Large projects and
an international
presence
Following on from Füller’s geodesic dome, the company’s
bond with the world’s leading architects and artists
develops thanks to collaborations on projects, objects,
architecture and unique solutions. Design expertise
is scaled up with the ENI project in the 1950s:
it’s a challenge for the development of an industrial,
integrated office system applied to a large-scale order.
The contract concept is born. Subsequent experiences
involve buildings of all shapes and sizes, including very
large buildings: predominantly private spaces used for
offices and public spaces with unique technical issues
such as airports, stations, hospitals, banks, museums
and buildings belonging to large companies.
