Airports and railway stations are by now
more than simple points of transit, but
also multicultural urban areas, transverse
and dynamic, in which people spend their
time, not simply waiting to move on to the
next destination, but in different activities,
including work. In such high traffic
areas, furnishings must be comfortable
and flexible, adapted to a wide range
of users, able to answer a variety of
needs and equipped with technological
features for connected passengers.
