What drives and motivates us at TAL? Well, we are all a little bit crazy.
Crazy for quality, mad about design and obsessed with workmanship.
Why this passion for quality? TAL is truly Belgian. We design,
develop and manufacture all of our products right here. Beautiful,
rock solid and technically top-notch since 1992. Are we proud
of that? Sure, we are. Yet we keep our feet firmly on the ground
and we keep working hard to do even better next time. After all
we remain craftsmen who recognise, understand and appreciate
craftsmanship. True to the Belgian spirit!
TAL operates in an environment of hard work and concentration,
thanks to an extremely well-organised warehouse and logistic
chain. Structure is key to a peaceful work environment and brings
peace of mind to the employees.
Teamwork always sounds great, but you have to be able to live
up to it. Here, in the workshop, you can see how that works, how
experience and commitment find each other. Co-workers help
each other out: whoever finishes his or her task will lend another
assembly workstation a helping hand. That’s because everyone
has the knowledge and skills to assemble multiple products.
This flexibility is definitely one of our strengths here at TAL.
Nobody is perfect, but that doesn’t mean we
shouldn’t strive for perfection. We are trained to
pay meticulous attention to quality. The slightest
quality issue will immediately be corrected or
reported by anyone in our team who spots it. This
is the kind of commitment that defines us. We
strongly stand by our passion for quality not only
in words, but definitely also in deeds. ●
