(Ita) Il tema della modularità è centrale, e si esprime già dal nome scelto per
questo sistema di divani: così come i grossi massi componevano le imponenti
mura romane, così gli elementi di seduta si accostano in un processo
teoricamente infinito. In questo modo, il divano si presta ad ambienti piccoli
ma anche molto grandi, senza mai perdere la cifra stilistica. Tacchini riscopre
questo prezioso progetto, e lo riedita nel rispetto dell’originale, esaltando
la vocazione alla comodità.
(Eng) The core theme is modularity and it is already found in the name chosen
for this sofa system – like the massive blocks that formed the imposing
Roman walls, in the same manner, the seating elements can be combined in
a theoretically infinite pattern. Thus, the sofa lends itself to small settings
and also to very large spaces, without ever losing its signature style. Tacchini
rediscovers this valuable project and re-edits it while staying true to the
original, accenting its commitment to comfort.
