(Ita) L’anfora AQUA REGIS prende il nome dalla famosa soluzione alchemica in
grado di sciogliere l’oro. In semi refrattaria ingobbiata e realizzata al tornio,
l’anfora presenta una struttura morbida con una sola ampia ansa laterale, con
un ampio piano d’appoggio alla base.
(Eng) The AQUA REGIS amphora takes its name from the famous liquid named
by alchemists for its ability to dissolve gold. Thrown on a potter’s wheel and
made of engobed semi-refractory, the amphora is a rounded structure with a
single, large lateral handle and ample footed base.
