Although we have a strong heritage for natural rat-
tan furniture, and we truly love making furniture
in this material, ArtFibre, steel, and aluminum
also have some amazing qualities, especially for
outdoor use.
Our exterior collections feature a range of furni-
ture suitable for extensive wear and tear, and chal-
lenging weather conditions. Many hotels, restau-
rants and cruise liners around the world welcome
their guests with furniture from Sika Design. This
requires a material that is sturdy and stays beauti-
ful for a long time.
HARDWEARING ARTFIBRE
Our ArtFibre is a fiber made of dyed and hard-
wearing polyethylene. The structure of the fibers
and the weave provide flexibility and optimum
comfort. The ArtFibre can withstand the sun’s
burning UV-rays, heavy rain, and even frost. You
can literally leave your furniture made with ArtFi-
bre outdoors all year round.
All exterior furniture from Sika-Design is woven
on aluminum or on a hot-dipped galvanized and
powder coated steel frame.
