TRASFORMING SLABS
Vetrite is designed to be easy to work and
transform, using WATERJET and CNC machines,
also easy to transform directly on site, therefore
it can be adapted to any request and project.
CONSUMER SAFETY
Vetrite is a safety glass and certified according to
the main International and American standards
for impact and shatterproof tests. Vetrite can be
tempered to offer greater strengt.
SAFETY FOR TRANSFORMERS AND
INSTALLERS
The European directive 2398/2017 inserts
crystalline silica, present in trace amounts in all
natural stones and minerals, as a carcinogen.
As a glass, Vetrite contains silica only in the
amorphous and non-crystalline phase. The
absence of crystalline silica has been certified
by the Ceramic Center.

ANTIMICROBIAL/
ANTIBACTERIAL
Due to its properties, glass is an easily cleanable
and therefore highly hygienic material. Vetrite
glass slabs, on request, contain anatase, one of
the tetragonal phases of titanium dioxide TiO2.
This substance, in presence of UV rays, is known
to produce photocatalytic activity.

SICUREZZA PER TRASFORMATORI E
INSTALLATORI
La direttiva europea 2398/2017 inserisce la silice

naturali e minerali, come sostanza cancerogena.
In qualità di vetro, Vetrite contiene silice solo
in fase amorfa e non cristallina. L’assenza della
silice cristallina è stata certificata dal Centro
Ceramico.

Il vetro, per sua proprietà, è un materiale
facilmente pulibile e quindi altamente igienico.
Le lastre in vetro Vetrite, su richiesta, contengono
infatti anatasio, una delle fasi tetragonali del
biossido di titanio TiO2.
Questa sostanza, in presenza dei raggi UV, è nota
produrre attività fotocatalitica.

TRASFORMAZIONE DELLE LASTRE
Vetrite è progettata per essere semplice da
lavorare e trasformare, utilizzando macchine
WATERJET e CNC, anche direttamente sul sito
di installazione, per adattare Vetrite a qualsiasi
richiesta e progetto.
