CONSEILS D’ENTRETIEN
Les articles Serdaneli ne nécessitent en
principe aucun entretien spécifique, sauf bien en-
tendu l’opération d’essuyage à l’aide d’un chiffon
doux ou d’une peau de chamois, après utilisation�
Il faut toujours éviter de laisser sécher des
gouttes d’eau sur le métal� Après l’évaporation,
il restera en effet une marque provoquée par
l’adhérence de microcristaux de sels minéraux
contenus dans l’eau domestique et notamment
du calcaire�
Traitées à temps, ces marques disparaitront
par simple frottement à l’aide d’un chiffon doux
imprégné d’eau, adouci par un produit ménager
détartrant tel que du vinaigre blanc�
Si ces marques persistent :
•
Sur les surfaces brillantes : Utilisez un
produit de type « Poli Royal », disponible
dans la catégorie « Pièces détachées » de ce
catalogue�
•
Sur les surfaces mates : Frottez doucement
avec une éponge non abrasive, sans produit
de lustrage�
N’utilisez jamais de produit chimique corrosif ou
abrasif car ils pourraient endommager la finition�
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Serdaneli products do not require any specific
cleaning apart from wiping with a soft cloth or a
shammy after use.
However, please avoid allowing water droplets to
dry on metal. Indeed, a stain would remain after
drying because of the micro-crystals contained in
the mineral salts in domestic water and lime scale
in particular.
If caught early enough, those marks will disappear
by simply rubbing with a moist soft cloth, softened
by a household scale remover such as white
vinegar.
If those stains remain:
•
On glossy surfaces: Use a «Poli Royal» type
product, available in the «Spare Parts»
category of this catalogue.
•
On matt surfaces: Gently rub with a non-
abrasive sponge. Do not use polishing product.
Never use corrosive or abrasive chemicals as they
may damage the product’s finish.

Aucun retour de marchandises ne pourra être
effectué sans l’accord préalable de Serdaneli� Les
envois doivent être faits par l’expéditeur en port
payé et adressés à Serdaneli� Les produits doivent
être emballés de manière à ne causer aucun coup
ou détérioration� À réception, les produits seront
expertisés�

Si le défaut est imputable à Serdaneli, le
produit sera soit réparé soit remplacé�
•
Si le défaut n’est pas imputable à Serdaneli,
un rapport d’expertise sera rédigé ; le produit
pourra alors être réparé ou remplacé aux frais
de l’expéditeur après acceptation� Les frais de
dépose et de repose ne sont pas couverts par
la garantie�
WARRANTY TERMS
No return of goods may be made without the prior
agreement of Serdaneli. Shipments must be made
by the sender, prepaid and addressed to Serdaneli.
Products must be carefully packed so that they do
not cause any damage. Upon receipt, products will
be appraised.
•
If the defect is attributable to Serdaneli, the
product will either be repaired or replaced.
•
If the defect is not attributable to Serdaneli,
an expert report will be made. The product
could be repaired or replaced at the sender’s
expense upon approval. The warranty does not
cover dismantling and refitting costs.
