Sie ist so konzipiert, dass sie sich optimal an
jede Körperform anpasst. Dank der Kombina-
tion unterschiedlicher Federstärken entlang
der gesamten Länge reagiert die Matratze auf
Ihre individuellen Körpermaße und Schlafge-
wohnheiten. Sie stützt den Körper punktgenau
und gleicht den Druck sanft aus. So entfällt
das unbewusste Suchen nach neuen Liege-
positionen.
The flexible top mattress
It is designed to adapt perfectly to any body
shape. Thanks to the combination of different
spring strengths along the entire length, the
mattress responds to your individual body
measurements and sleeping habits. It sup-
ports the body precisely and gently equalises
pressure. This eliminates the need to uncon-
sciously search for new sleeping positions.
Die stabile Untermatratze
Die Basis eines SCHRAMM-Bettes ist nicht ein
herkömmlicher Lattenrost, sondern eine gefe-
derte Untermatratze (Boxspring). Im Zusam-
menspiel mit der flexiblen Obermatratze nimmt
die Untermatratze jede Körperbewegung sanft
und gleichmäßig auf. Nur in dieser Kombinati-
on sind die Funktionen, das Bettklima und die
Langlebigkeit optimal gewährleistet.
The stable base mattress
The basis of a SCHRAMM bed is not a conven-
tional slatted frame, but a sprung base mattress
(box spring). In combination with the flexible
top mattress, the base mattress absorbs every
body movement gently and evenly. Only in this
combination are the functions, bed climate and
durability optimally guaranteed.
Die Taschenfedern
SCHRAMM-Manufakturmatratzen haben dauerelasti-
sche, thermisch vergütete Stahlfedern. Die Zylinder-
federn sind entmagnetisierend und resistent gegen
Ermüdung und Überlastung und finden zuverlässig
immer wieder in ihre Ausgangsposition zurück. Die Zy-
linderfedern werden einzeln von Hand in eine eigene
Tasche aus Nesseltuch eingenäht. Die Kombination
unterschiedlicher Federstärken ermöglicht den opti-
malen Druckausgleich, den fließenden Kraftverlauf.
The pocket springs
SCHRAMM handcrafted mattresses have permanently
elastic, thermally tempered steel springs. The cylinder
springs are demagnetising and resistant to fatigue and
overloading and always return reliably to their original
position. The cylindrical springs are individually sewn
by hand into their own pocket made of nettle cloth. The
combination of different spring strengths enables opti-
mum pressure equalisation and a flowing force curve.

Feuchtigkeit pro Nacht. Darum spielt die Be- und Entlüf-
tung der Matratzen eine wichtige Rolle. Um das beste
Bettklima zu schaffen, werden bei SCHRAMM die Polster-
materialien durch eine aufwändige Heftung miteinander
verbunden – und nicht wie bei anderen Matratzen üblich
nahezu luftdicht verklebt. Die Luft kann bei SCHRAMM
durch die Unter- und Obermatratze frei zirkulieren – die
Grundlage für einen erholsamen Schlaf.

The average person loses half a litre of moisture every night.
This is why the ventilation of mattresses plays an important
role. In order to create the best bed climate, SCHRAMM
uses an elaborate stitching process to join the upholstery
materials together—rather than gluing them almost airtight
as is usual with other mattresses. With SCHRAMM, the air
can circulate freely through the top and bottom mattress—
the basis for a restful night‘s sleep.
