Limes
Limes è stato il divano che con grande anticipo sui tempi, ha parlato
di flessibilità e di qualità funzionale alle necessità delle persone.
I suoi pannelli schienale removibili e posizionabili su tutti e quattro lati,
hanno reso possibile l’inimmaginabile fino a prima. Ogni elemento si configura
in molteplici posizioni, consentendo di cambiare la geografia dello spazio ogni
volta se ne senta il bisogno. Questa idea rivoluzionaria e intelligente, ora trova
nel restyling una visione estetica più contemporanea: il tondino metallico
sollevato da terra diventa più presente e grafico e sottolinea anche il disegno
dei pannelli schienale. I cuscini dello schienale vengono ora offerti in due
altezze differenti: per garantire comfort alle spalle è prevista la versione più
alta e generosa, mentre la versione bassa assicura un’estetica più rigorosa
e da conversazione. Funzionali piani di appoggio e intrecci sartoriali ne
marcano la forte personalità.
The Limes sofa, well ahead of its time, spoke of flexibility and functional
quality to people’s needs. Its removable back panels, that can be positioned
on all four sides of the sofa base, have made what seemed unimaginable
possible. Each element is configured in multiple positions, allowing for the
geography of space to be changed whenever necessary. This revolutionary
and intelligent idea, now finds a more contemporary aesthetic vision in its
restyling: the metal rod raised from the ground becomes more prominent
and graphic as well as emphasizing the design of the back panels.
The back cushions are now offered in two different heights: the higher and
more generous version is available to ensure comfort behind the shoulders,
while the low version ensures a more rigorous aesthetic to best suit
a sitting room environment. Functional support surfaces and sartorial
weaves mark its strong personality.
