Haiku
it — Haiku è il termine giapponese che descrive un componimento
poetico costituito da pochi versi. Il coffee table firmato Marco Zito
per Saba Italia si compone, appunto, di tre elementi: la struttura
e i due piani. L’esile architettura sospende i piani su due livelli che
giocano sulla parziale sovrapposizione, in un semplice e misurato
rapporto di equilibrio e proporzioni. Dal 2024 il prodotto è stato
irrobustito al fine di garantirne la solidità, mantenendo l’iconica
leggerezza.
en — Haiku is a Japanese word used to describe a poem consisting
of just a few lines. The coffee table designed by Marco Zito for Saba
is in fact made up of three parts – the frame and the two tops.
The slim architecture suspends the tops on two levels which play
with the partial overlap, in a simple and calibrated correlation
between balance and proportions. From 2024 the product has
been strengthened to guarantee solidity while maintaining the
iconic lightness.
