MARBLE
MATERIAL DETAILS
Marble is a metamorphic rock that forms when limestone is subjected to heat and pressure. It
is composed primarily of the mineral calcite and usually contains other minerals, such as clay
minerals, micas, quartz, pyrite, iron oxides, and graphite. These minerals are what gives marble
its unique colours and patterns. The Carrara and Calacatta marble we use is sourced from
large quarries in Italy, whereas the Elba marble is sourced from a single quarry in Greece.

Mirror is manufactured by applying a reflective coating to the rear surface of glass. The mirror
used in our products is produced with two coats of special backing paint, offering additional
protection to the reflective coating from heat moisture and chemicals. In addition to this it has
a high light reflectance, giving the ability to produce a lighter and brighter reflection.
