INTERNAL FRAME / The internal frame is constructed from plywood and E0 MDF. The
seat utilises metal no-sag springs for support, creating a high level of comfort and
ensuring long-term endurance.
BACK & ARM / The back and arms are constructed from plywood (straight lounges) or
tubular steel and E0 MDF (curved lounges), polyurethane foam and polyester batting.
SEAT CUSHION AND UPHOLSTERY / Formed from shaped polyurethane foam of different
densities and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to create a supportive yet comfortable
seat. Overlayed with feather down for softness and polyester batting for additional
comfort. Upholstery and leathers are available in a range of varying textures, durability
and tactility properties. Upholstery is selected at the time of ordering.
REAR CUSHION / Formed from a foam core with a quilted feather fibre wrap for softness
and comfort.
SCATTER CUSHIONS / Created from a feather and down mix
GLIDES (CLASSIC) / Lounges sit on nylon glides to raise lounge base off floor.
LEGS (LOFT) / Lounges sit on powder coated steel legs with nylon foot.
JOINER BRACKET (CLASSIC) / Powder coated bent steel with felt base.
UPHOLSTERY
Hearth is offered in a range of house fabrics and leathers, available to select from the
Ross Gardam House Upholstery range.
Alternatively, Hearth can be upholstered in COM (Customer Own Material) or COL
(Customer Own Leather). Please get in contact for specific meterages.

ENVIRONMENT
Hearth has achieved the highest level of eco certification with GECA, which
is an independently assessed, internationally recognised certification. The
GECA program ensures products have a lower impact on the environment
and human health as well as being ethically made and fit for purpose.
Hearth lounges are made in Melbourne and fully GECA certified - FFG-200026.
