DESIGNER
Bina Baitel is a trained architect, who founded
her art, design, and architecture studio in
Paris in 2006. With dual French and Swedish
citizenship, and being raised in the Middle
East, Baitel is sensitive to the nuances of
cultural interplay from a formal, functional,
and symbolic perspective. This unique
background allows her to offer a fresh and
unconventional perspective on Haussmanian
architecture, as showcased in her Astragale
collection for Roche Bobois. She collaborates
with skilled artisans who translates her
concepts into tangible forms. Another facet
of her work delves into immersive, interactive
experiences that evoke an unexpected
sensory dimension. Her work is showcased
in France and around the world.
