DESIGNER
Passionate about science and musical
composition, Giacomo Garziano has been
trained as both a musician and an architect
in Florence and Paris. In 2014, he founded
GG-loop to generate new, organic approaches
to design and architecture. His first project
was the polyhedral house and museum
“The Seed of Time” (in Altamura, Italy): a fusion
of music, science and art that propelled him
to the�international stage. For Roche�Bobois,
he designed Zephyrus: an exceptional
‘Transformer’ furniture piece featuring
unfolding doors in a captivating geometric
shape. The name Zephyrus alludes to a giant
butterfly found in the Americas.
