PRICES
All prices are recommended retail prices: per piece and in euro VAT not included.
The prices are valid from 01/03/2015.
These prices replace all previous prices.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Please note that in case you receive visual damaged goods you have to mark this clearly on the
delivery sheet of the forwarder. It’s imperative that you fax a copy of this immediately to
QUINZE AND MILAN - fax 0032 56 24 05 99 or email to info@quinzeandmilan.tv If you fail to provide
the delivery note with your remarks, we reject all transport claims.
CANCELLATIONS
For all orders which are cancelled, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
CHANGING ORDERS
Please note that changes of size and quality are only possible after approval of our internal sales
office. These changes might load to extra costs.
TOLERANCES
We want to inform that all our qualities are subject to tolerances (weight, height, structure, color,...)
CLAIMS
Claims of faulty goods must be made within 7 days after delivery. Please send your claim well
specified, together with photos to your contacts at the office of Quinze & Milan. If you have a problem
with a product, we kindly ask you to prepare this immediatley for return. This will improve the speed
of handling claims. Don’t use the faulty products without an approval of our office.

PAYMENT
All orders with a value higher then 10.000 euro, require special payment conditions. If not clearly
marked, the following conditions will be used:
50% with order confirmation (production will not be initialized before this payment is received.)
40% before shipment (goods will not be released before this payment)
