Customizing cost heat sealing
Customizing FLEX TUBES (special lengths) and heat sealing
PROLED offers you a highly professional customizing service for the FLEX TUBES product family.
We customize FLEX TUBES to the required length and solder cables for you according to the feed variants
below.
You can order the FLEX TUBE in the required length (max. length per feed must be observed) and you will
not be charged for any offcuts.
All prices per meter for FLEX TUBES already include the cutting costs. The FLEX TUBES cut to size are labelled
with the article number L3......Z.
As explained in the introduction on page 40, it is possible to have the ends of all articles with the
corresponding icon - both with cable and end cap - safely and professionally sealed with IP67 protection
class using a special silicon heat molding process. For optimal protection against moisture, the cables
for FLEX TUBE are equipped with a waterstop to avoid the capillary effect.
Choose the required cable length (0,3 m or 3 m) and order it with the appropriate suffix according to your
needs as shown below. The sealing of the end cap side without cable is automatically included.
*For FLEX TUBE SIDE VIEW + 3W only Top and Side input is possible
**For FLEX TUBE DIGITAL only Top01, Bottom01 and Side Left input is possible
