Exactly. Our customers know we
are there for them without limita-
tion, that we will find a solution for
them – and they will be able to
afford it. We will even go one step
further in future.
What are you planning?
We at PROLED are known for our
excellent customer service and
high-quality advice. But in the pro-
ject business, you always need to
have someone on the ground at
the cus tomer’s building site. On-site
problem solving is important. So
we’ve put in place a strong team
of field service reps. The interaction
between our back office and field
staff is very efficient and takes some
of the pressure out of the project.
Everyone knows what they have
to do and is part of the solution.
Why is the project business so
important to PROLED?
Because that is our identity as a
company. Because it’s our unique
selling point in the market. And
because it gives added value to
our customers.
Added value in what sense?
What our customers get from us is
