Pocket nasce dall’idea di creare un coffee table all’insegna della
multifunzionalità. A comporre la sua struttura due tavolini di altezze
differenti, a incastro: quello più alto con base in metallo e top laccato
nero, il più basso con la stessa base metallica e piano contenitore in
frassino che può essere utilizzato come cassetto o piano d’appoggio.
Scomponendo la normale funzionalità del cassetto, il designer lo
rende così un elemento indipendente.
Pocket was born from the idea of creating a coffee table in the name of
multifunctionality. Its structure is composed of two interlocking coffee
tables of different heights: the highest one with metal base and black
lacquered top, the lowest with the same metal base and container top
in ash wood that can be used as a drawer or top. By breaking down
the normal functionality of the drawer, the designer makes it an
independent element.
