The famous Pitagora seat was designed in 1995 by Lella & Massimo Vignelli and is still one of the most iconic auditorium seats.
The Pitagora stands out for the rigour of its design and symbolises Vignelli’s constant quest for simplicity combined with modernity. The seat has been a great success because of its ability to combine style and functionality and adapt perfectly to any auditorium.
It has been chosen by leading international architects for many highly prestigious auditorium projects for company headquarters. Over the years it has been used to furnish the auditorium of the Nike headquarters in Portland, the Vodafone Village in Milan, the HQ of Intesa San Paolo, ING Bank in Amsterdam and, more recently, the JP Morgan head offices in New York and the Exxon headquarters in Houston.
