The density of the hide. The softness of the leather. Combined with master craftsmanship in an original and elegant blend of materials.
Bosforo. An original meeting of materials to produce a sofa that is something out of the ordinary. The surfaces of the armrests and the backrest are covered in Extra Saddle hide, sewn on directly, with skilful clean cut trim, to the internal covering in Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System. The overall effect is that of the harmonious visual continuity of the surfaces and, at the same time, a pleasant material contrast between the density of the hide and the smoother and softer appearance of the leather. The entire cover of the structure is padded with goose down and polyester flock with polyurethane foam inserts, exalting the beauty of the materials. The volumes of the sofa are minimalist and underline the master craftsmanship of Poltrona Frau’s processing and stitching. The steel feet, with a Ruthenium finish galvanized treatment are graphic and linear. Bosforo. An elegant presence in the living-room bursting with character. Measured style, perfectly calculated to provide the right level of comfort. The structure is produced from solid poplar and beech and birch plywood panels. Elastic belts are used for the springs of the seat and the padding is in polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. As well as in the Extra Saddle hide combined with Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System version, Bosforo is also available with a covering entirely in Pelle Frau® leather from the Color System, Heritage or Soul. The abacus is made up of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, a two-seater large sofa and a three-seater.
