An approximately 950 sqm penthouse, embraced by
the sea on all sides, captures the brilliant light of
the Persian Gulf, offering a spectacular view of the
city and the sea.
Split into two levels, with the living area on the
ground floor and the bedroom area on the first floor,
natural light becomes a pivotal element in every
space.
Connecting the two levels is a sculptural white
staircase, creating a double-height living space that
exudes brightness and airiness.
Elegant walnut boiserie with illuminated niches
graces both levels. The finishes are distinguished
by the use of neutral and warm colors, imparting a
welcoming and sophisticated touch to the interiors
of this coastal abode.
