The result is a product with great
formal lightness and a solid and void
effect which enhances the dining
table chair both when it is used alone
and when it is combined with a table.
The solid wood of the backrest is
embellished with a weave made from
sixty saddle-leather laces which
connect it to the frame. Its harmonious
and ergonomic proportions, combined
with a generous and welcoming seat,
guarantee the utmost comfort even
when sitting for long periods. Despite
being solid and well constructed, the
seat is light and easy to move.
The frame of the chair is made from
solid ash in a Moka or Wenge stain
embellished with a weave made
from dark brown or natural saddle-
leather laces. The seat spring system
consists of elastic belts. There are soft
cushions on the seat and backrest. The
seat cushion is filled with polyurethane
foam and polyester wadding while the
backrest is padded with down and
has an insert in polyurethane foam.
The two cushions form a single whole
which is fixed to the frame using
two snap buttons. The removable
upholstery is in Pelle Frau® leather or
fabric.
The Viola chair embodies all of
the know-how of the famous
international brand and stands
out for its simple, elegant lines
that sacrifice nothing in terms of
comfort. AB Concept has revisited
a classic design, giving it a decidedly
contemporary touch.
