Un progetto che catalizza e riassume i
fermenti creativi di un’epoca. Disegnata
nel 1954 da Gastone Rinaldi con il
nome di DU55P, Letizia è oggi rieditata
da Poltrona Frau. Un’icona di stile che
attraverso il tempo mantiene intatta
la forza di un’intuizione felice. Forma
universale e, insieme, espressione di un
preciso humus culturale. Vuoti e pieni,
linee sensuali e morbide.
La seduta è accogliente e confortevole.
Lo schienale acquista una nuova
elasticità. I sostegni, sottili e slanciati,
sono ben calibrati con la scocca.
Struttura in acciaio con imbottitura
in poliuretano espanso ottenuta
da stampo. Cinghie elastiche per
il molleggio della seduta e dello
schienale. Piede in tre diverse finiture:
impiallacciato frassino tinto teak con
puntale in ottone anticato, nero o cromo.
Rivestimento in Pelle Frau® o in tessuto
sfoderabile.

that catalyses and revisits the creative
ferment of an era. Designed in 1954 by
Gastone Rinaldi with the name of DU 55
P, is now rereleased by Poltrona Frau. A
style icon that has retained the power of
its designer’s successful intuition over
time. A universal design and, at the same
time, the expression of a precise cultural
breeding ground.
Full and empty spaces, sensual and
soft lines. The seat is welcoming and
comfortable. The backrest acquires
new elasticity. The supports, thin and
sleek, fit perfectly with the shell. Steel
structure with moulded polyurethane
foam padding. Elastic belts for the
springs of the seat and the backrest.
Feet in three different finishes: ash in
a teak veneer with endpins in antique-
finish brass, black or chrome. Upholstery
in Pelle Frau® leather or removable
fabric.

époque. Conçu en 1954 par Gastone
Rinaldi sous le nom de DU55P, Letizia
est une icône de style qui a gardé au
cours du temps la puissance d’une
intuition réussie. Une forme universelle
et, en même temps, l’expression d’un
terrain culturel précis. Des espaces
vides et pleins, des lignes douces et
sensuelles. L’assise est accueillante et
confortable.
Le dossier acquiert une nouvelle
élasticité. Les supports, fins et élancés,
conviennent parfaitement à la coque.
Structure en acier avec un rembourrage
en mousse de polyuréthane moulée. Des
sangles élastiques pour la suspension
de l’assise et du dossier. Pieds en trois
finitions différentes: frêne plaqué teinté
teck avec embouts en laiton patiné, noir
ou chromé. Revêtement en cuir Pelle
Frau® ou en tissu déhoussable.

Nährbodens. Volle und leere Räume,
sinnliche und weiche Linien. Der Stuhl
ist gemütlich und komfortabel. Die
Rückenlehne erhält neue Elastizität. Die
dünnen und eleganten Streben passen
perfekt zum Aufbau. Stahlstruktur
mit Polsterung aus gegossenem
Polyurethanschaum. Elastische Gurte
für die Federung des Sitzes und der
Rückenlehne. Füße in drei verschiedenen
Ausführungen: Esche in einem Teak-
Furnier mit Kappen aus Messing mit
Antik-Finish, schwarz oder verchromt.
Lederbezug aus Pelle Frau® oder
abnehmbarer Stoffbezug.
