Il designer Jean-Marie Massaud gioca
con i volumi del suo classico GranTorino
e crea un divano inedito, originale
e irriverente. il divano GranTorino
HB, infatti, rimescola le proporzioni
diventando autentico rifugio e riparo
dall’esterno, grazie a uno schienale alto
in pelle o in prezioso cuoio lavorato
che ne caratterizza la silhouette.
La struttura del sedile è in tubolare
metallico con cinghie elastiche
intrecciate. Schienali e braccioli sono
realizzati in multistrato di betulla.
L’imbottitura esterna di schienali
e fi anchi è in poliuretano espanso e
ovatta poliestere mentre il lato interno
è in ovatta poliestere, ricoperto con una
morbida trapunta in tessuto impreziosita
con cuciture ad “X” realizzate a mano
con fi lo a contrasto. Il cuscino seduta
è in piuma d’oca e ovatta poliestere
con inserto stabilizzante in poliuretano
espanso. Per arricchire lo schienale,
ad ogni divano e poltrona GranTorino HB
è associato un preciso numero di cuscini
“mobili” imbottiti in piuma d’oca.
Il rivestimento prevede l’abbinamento
della pelle o del cuoio al tessuto:
Saddle, Saddle Extra o Pelle Frau® per
i pannelli verticali di schienale e fi anchi
e tessuto sfoderabile per base, cuscini
e trapunta. La versione in cuoio è
arricchita da cuciture in risalto e il cuoio
a taglio netto è rifi nito manualmente.
Il tavolino di complemento ha la base in
acciaio verniciato color titanio o canna
di fucile e il piano è in noce Canaletto
o rivestito in Pelle Frau® o cuoio.
Designer Jean-Marie Massaud plays with
the volumes of his classic GranTorino
and creates a unique, original and
irreverent sofa. In fact, the GranTorino
HB sofa rejigs its proportions to become
an authentic refuge and shelter from
the outside thanks to the high backrest
in leather and the fi ne processed
saddle-leather that defi nes its shape.
The seat structure is in tubular metal
with woven elastic belts. The backrests
and armrests are made from birch
plywood. The external padding of the
backrests and sides is in polyurethane
foam and polyester wadding while the
inner layer is in polyester wadding,
covered with soft fabric quilting with
“X” stitching produced by hand using
contrasting thread. The seat cushion is
in goose down and polyester wadding
with stabilising polyurethane foam
insert. To enrich the backrest, every
GranTorino HB sofa and armchair has
a precise number of loose goose down
cushions. The upholstery combines
leather or saddle-leather with fabric:
Saddle, Saddle Extra or Pelle Frau®
leather for the vertical panels of the
backrest and sides and removable fabric
for the base, cushions and quilting.
The saddle-leather version is enriched
with relief stitching and the hide with
clean cut edge is fi nished by hand.
The complementary side table has a
painted steel base, coloured titanium
or gunmetal grey, and a top in Canaletto
Walnut or covered in Pelle Frau® leather
or saddle-leather.

avec les volumes de son classique
GranTorino et crée un canapé inédit,
original et irrévérencieux. En eff et,
le canapé GranTorino HB mélange les
proportions pour devenir un authentique
refuge et abri contre l’extérieur, grâce
à un haut dossier en cuir ou en précieux
cuir sellerie travaillé qui caractérise
sa silhouette. La structure de l’assise
est en métal tubulaire avec des sangles
élastiques tressées.
Les dossiers et les accoudoirs sont en
multiplis de bouleau. Le rembourrage
extérieur des dossiers et des côtés est
en mousse de polyuréthane et ouate
de polyester, tandis que le côté intérieur
est en ouate de polyester, recouvert d’un
matelassage moelleux en tissu agrémenté
de coutures en « X » faites
à la main avec du fi l en contraste.
Le coussin de l’assise est rembourré
de plumes d’oie et d’ouate de polyester
avec un insert stabilisant en mousse de
polyuréthane. Pour enrichir le dossier,
chaque canapé et fauteuil GranTorino
HB est équipé d’un nombre précis de
coussins « mobiles » rembourrés de
plumes d’oie. Le revêtement prévoit
l’assortiment du tissu avec du cuir
ou du cuir sellerie : cuir Saddle, cuir
Saddle Extra ou cuir Pelle Frau® pour
les panneaux verticaux du dossier et des
côtés et tissu amovible pour la base,
les coussins et le matelassage.
La version en cuir est ornée de coutures
en relief et le cuir nettement coupé
est fi ni à la main. La table basse
complémentaire a une base en acier peint
couleur titane ou canon de fusil et le
plateau est en noyer Canaletto ou revêtu
de cuir Pelle Frau® ou cuir sellerie.

originelles und respektloses Sofa.
Das Sofa GranTorino HB verteilt die
Proportionen neu um und wird dank
der hohen Rückenlehne aus Leder oder
kostbar verarbeitetem Kernleder, das
seine Silhouette prägt, zu einem echten
Refugium und Schutz vor der Außenwelt.
Die Struktur der Sitzfl äche ist aus
Metallrohr mit elastischen Flechtgurten.
Rückenlehnen und Armlehnen sind aus
Multischicht-Birkenholz. Die äußere
Polsterung von Rückenlehnen und
Seitenteilen ist aus Polyurethanschaum
und Polyesterwatte, die Innenseite
hingegen aus Polyesterwatte, die durch
einen weichen Steppbezug aus Stoff
mit „X“-förmigen, handgefertigten
Nähten in kontrastfarbenem Garn
bereichert wird. Das Sitzkissen ist
aus Gänsedaunen und Polyesterwatte
mit Stabilisierungseinlage aus
Polyurethanschaum. Jedes Sofa bzw.
jeder Sessel GranTorino HB verfügt
über eine bestimmte Anzahl loser
Kissen aus Gänsedaunen, mit denen
die Rückenlehne bestückt wird. Für den
Bezug ist die Kombination aus Leder
oder Kernleder mit Stoff vorgesehen:
Saddle-Leder, Saddle Extra-Leder oder
Pelle Frau®-Leder für die vertikalen
Paneele der Rückenlehne
und Seitenteile, und abnehmbarer Stoff
für Basis, Kissen und Steppbezug.
Die Kernleder-Version ist durch betonte
Nähte gekennzeichnet, und das
sauber geschnittene Kernleder wird
von Hand vollendet. Das dazugehörige
Tischchen hat eine Basis aus Stahl, der
titanfarben oder mattgrau lackiert ist,
die Tischplatte ist aus „Canaletto“-Nuss
oder weist einen Bezug aus Pelle Frau®-
Leder oder Kernleder auf.
