A name that recalls the famous 1957 film of the
same name, directed by Antonio Pietrangeli.
A film that tells the story of Renaissance Italy,
and which celebrates its art and the beauty
of nature.
This idea of culture and positivity, but also of joviality, is what
we wanted to bring to the new outdoor collection designed by
Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, consisting of the two-seater sofa,
which is also available in a large version, and the side table,
available in two sizes.
Sustainability is a fundamental element of the collection. All of
its aluminium structural components can be disassembled and
separated, and the cushions can easily be removed or replaced,
as well as the foams and upholstery, ensuring proper recycling
and disposal of each material. Poltrona Frau ‘s attention to
sustainability starts from the very beginning, from the
design of the life cycle of all the elements that make up the
furnishings. And by adapting t he production technology to
correspond to the aesthetic figure of the product.
