Poltrona Frau
Poltrona Frau, with its Custom Interiors division,
developed the project for the 1000 seats of the
Geffen Theatre, in cooperation with the seating
designers of RPBW. A two-year challenging team-
work that brought to the creation of custom-made
seats, specifically designed for the occasion,
completely tailor-made to suit the needs and
requirements of this location.
The Geffen Theatre’s stage can accommodate
a 60-piece orchestra, while the seats in the front
rows can be removed to create room for catwalks or
other types of events. Also, the red velvet upholstery
was specifically created to reflect the requests of
RPBW designers.
