yacht. A tropical paradise where life flows at a
relaxing pace, but so close to the vibrant rhythm
of downtown Miami and Miami Beach that you
can feel their energy. 50 residences developing
on 10 floors, designed by architect Kobi Karp and
built by ASR Construction. Poltrona Frau was
called to furnish the fourth-floor condo, almost
four thousand square meters of contemporary
elegance. After their elite interiors of yachts, cars
and designer furniture, the natural consequence
could only be one of the most exclusive
residential projects of the world.
