stories and shapes. As with the design and
communication of its products, the museum
experience aspires to approach the Brand to
its public while speaking with a more con-
temporary language.
Michele De Lucchi’s new installation is
meant to be more multifunctional, flexible
and transformable. Physical products will be
alternated with digital narratives de-
scribing them, therefore offering a more
integrated experience. The new museum
will be a dynamic place, where spaces dedi-
cated to temporary exhibitions will
accompany conference areas and quiet
areas for informal meetings. A place for
involving visitors by offering a wealth
of points for reflection stimulating the
curiosity and affection that help generate a
trustworthy and long-lasting relationship
with a brand.

rior design details, original documents,
advertising posters, catalogues and draw-
ings that tell the story of the company and
take the observer back in time to the atmos-
pheres and lifestyles of different eras.
Finally, two special rooms tell the story of
Poltrona Frau’s sartorial skill, working with
the most renowned international architects
to realise large contract projects for thea-
tres and auditoriums, as well as designing
interiors for autos, yachts, airplanes and
helicopters, where the company has repre-
sented the culture of leather.
The Museum is being updated in cele-
bration of Poltrona Frau’s 110th anniversary.
Michele De Lucchi is once again the archi-
tect of the upcoming exhibition, which is
meant to highlight the company’s evolution
in its heritage and its future in sustainability.
More than ever, the museum aims to be a
lively place that is open to the community, a
place that can nourish the seeds that germi-
