CUTTING AND DRILLING INSTRUCTIONS
CHECKING AND PREPARING THE SURFACE
BEFORE INSTALLATION
Check that the panels are undamaged and comply with the required project rendering. In case of NON-
conformity , DO NOT install the panels and contact the Adria Art Sales Department.
The surface must be flat, clean and free of dust. The panel can also be installed over an existing ceramic covering,
which must be well fixed and dry. In the case of walls with the presence of humidity and/or mould, it is absolutely
necessary to set up some waterproofing treatments before the wall panel is installed.
The same tools that are used to cut wood, such as a jigsaw, can be used. For drilling holes, it is
recommended to use a drill with a hole cutter or iron drill bits. Draw the perimeter of the hole on the
printed side of the panel, apply paper tape to the perimeter of the hole and drill on the printed side
(NOT on the panel back). Do not use a striker for drilling.
Complete the assembly by finishing the supporting part with silicone or by using the optional profiles.
Turn the wall panel upside down and clean its surface well, place the acetic silicone on the back of the panel.
WHEN LAYING ON OLD TILES, USE MAPEI'S ULTRABOND ECO MS4 LVT WALL ADHESIVE, DISTRIBUTED
EVENLY AND ABUNDANTLY WITH A LONG-HAIR ROLLER. All wall panels are sequentially marked with a number
to indicate continuity in the case of several pieces. The design rendering inside the packaging shows the layout of
the WallPanels based on your confirmed design. In the event of excess glue, clean it off immediately with a
sponge.
LEAVE AT LEAST 3 mm OF SPACE BETWEEN THE PANEL AND THE TOP CABINETS
INSTALLATION WITH GLUE
Completar el montaje rematando la pieza de apoyo con silicona o utilizando los perfiles opcionales.
CORRECTA INSTALACIÓN Voltee el panel y limpie bien su superficie, coloque silicona en la parte posterior del
panel. SI LA INSTALACIÓN SERÁ SOBRE VIEJOS AZULEJOS, UTILICE EL PEGAMENTO MAPEI ULTRABOND ECO
MS4 LVT WALL, DISTRIBUIDO DE FORMA UNIFORME Y ABUNDANTE CON UN RODILLO DE PELO LARGO. Todos
los WALLPANEL se marcan para indicar continuidad en caso de varios paneles. La representación gráfica del
diseño dentro del embalaje indica la disposición de los WALLPANEL según el proyecto que usted ha confirmado.
En caso de exceso de pegamento, limpiar inmediatamente con una esponja.
CORTE Y PERFORACIÓN
DEJAR AL MENOS 3 mm. DE ESPACIO ENTRE EL PANEL Y LOS GABINETES SUPERIORES
Para cortar se pueden utilizar las mismas herramientas que se emplean para cortar madera, como una
sierra de calar. Para los agujeros recomendamos utilizar un taladro con fresadora de taza y punta de
hierro. Dibuje el perímetro del orificio en el lado impreso del panel, aplique cinta adhesiva al perímetro
del orificio y taladre en el lado impreso (NO en la parte posterior del panel). No utilice el percutor para
taladrar.
