of communication to the party concerned if proof and date of
delivery are guaranteed.
18. Governing Law
The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the Italian Law and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdic-
tion of the Italian Law. Any international conventions are hereby
excluded.
19. Place of Jurisdiction
The Court of Padova, Italy is the only and exclusive place of
jurisdiction for any dispute related to the application and interpre-
tation of the General Terms and Conditions of Sales and Trading
between the Company and the Customer.
20. Trademark Laws & Copyrights
Pataviumart® is a registered trademark of Pataviumart srl. All pro-
ducts of the Company are protected under Italian & International
Copyright Laws, trademark laws, industrial laws or otherwise.
Any partial or complete publication, transmission, copy or any
other duplication of products, data, texts, graphics, photogra-
phies, images etc. is strictly forbidden without explicit written
consent by Pataviumart srl.
