La progettazione delle imbottiture di sedute e cuscini
è una sfida: per risultare comode, devono essere elastiche
e flessibili, caratteristiche sino a oggi garantite
soprattutto dalle fibre sintetiche. Per la collezione Eres,
invece, sono state ideate imbottiture totalmente
naturali, privilegiando il lattice, il feltro di lana e una
pianta originaria del Brasile da cui si ottiene una fibra
biodegradabile, anallergica e idrorepellente.
La sensazione finale è quella di un prodotto che
trasmette una piacevolezza tipica delle fibre vegetali,
garantendo al tempo stesso la comodità e le prestazioni
delle imbottiture che impiegano prodotti di sintesi.
The design of the paddings of seatings and cushions is
a challenge: to be comfortable, they must be elastic and
flexible, features that until now have been guaranteed
especially by synthetic fibers. For the Eres collection,
we have conceived entirely natural paddings, favoring
latex and wool felt together with a plant native to
Brazil, from which a biodegradable, hypoallergenic and
water-repellent fiber is obtained. The final sensation
is that of a product that conveys the typical pleasure
of vegetable fibers, while ensuring the comfort and
performance of padding made with synthetic products.
