L’intreccio è parte della nostra storia. Per realizzare
arredi da esterno resistenti, sin dall’inizio abbiamo
utilizzato corde di materiali diversi, ispirandoci alle
trame del midollino. Di recente, questa tecnica è stata
sperimentata sul lino e sulla canapa, protagonisti
della collezione Eres. Con i due filati sono state tessute
maglie tubolari imbottite di cotone e fibre vegetali,
con cui abbiamo confezionato pouf, cuscini e trapuntini,
tutti intrecciati a mano nei nostri laboratori di Meda.
Prodotti che ancora una volta comunicano un sapere
artigiano, cifra distintiva di Paola Lenti.
Weaving is part of our history. To create resistant
outdoor furniture, from the very beginning we have
used cords of different materials, inspired by wicker
weaves. Recently, we have experimented this technique
on linen and hemp, both protagonists of the Eres
collection. With these two yarns, we have produced
tubular knits padded with cotton and vegetable fibers
that we are using for the production of poufs, cushions
and pads, all woven by hand in our factory in Meda.
Products that once again convey master craftsmanship,
a distinctive feature of Paola Lenti.
