Fin da subito, ci è stato chiaro che
la riflessione fondamentale era quella
sui materiali e i processi3.
Così, abbiamo individuato in un filo,
un filato tecnico ricco di potenzialità
sia per prestazioni sia per estetica,
il materiale che ci avrebbe condotto
a capire cosa volevamo fare e come.
La nostra idea era di migliorare
la durata degli arredi, facendo del
loro contenuto creativo un capitolo
di investimento, non di spesa.
From the outset, it was clear to us
that the fundamental issues under
examination had to do with materials
and processes3. And so we identified
a yarn, a technical yarn rich in potential,
both in terms of performance and
esthetic features, as the material most
likely to lead us to an understanding
of what we wanted and how to obtain it.
We decided that the crucial step would
be to improve the durability of outdoor
furnishings, making their creative
content something to be considered
investment, and not a mere expense.

lizzo di materie prime. Applichiamo questo principio dedicando fin
dalla progettazione la massima attenzione alla quantità di materia
